Working cycle of electric push rod

In your search for the right electric pusher, you may be wondering what is the working cycle of an electric pusher, and how does it affect your application? When selecting an electric pusher, the operating cycle of the electric pusher becomes important if it exceeds its intended frequency of use.
What is the working cycle of an electric pushrod?
The operating period is the ratio of the time the electric push rod is powered to the time it is powered off, usually expressed as a percentage. Electric push rod is intermittent working cycle.
Why is the working period of electric pushrod important?
As with most electrical equipment, when the electric push rods are operating, they generate heat. If too much heat is released without effective cooling, then the components of the electric push rod will be damaged. The allowable heat is determined by the component with the lowest allowable temperature. If the push rod has a 10% working cycle and you keep running at 15% working cycle, it will cause damage to parts such as the motor, circuit or gearbox. Electric pusher is not recommended to operate continuously during its maximum operating period. If continuous operation is required, then the operating period is set low and the temperature will not rise to the extent that causes damage.
